Alejandro Martin-Gonzalez

Phd Student. AFM Technique

On the 13th of October 2014 Mr. Martin started a PhD at the Autonomous University of Madrid under the supervision of Fernando Moreno Herrero followed later on the 1st December 2015 by a 4 year PhD Fellowship (FPI) supported by the Spanish Government. He works mainly with the Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) technique applied to DNA-protein interaction characterization, particularly studying partitioning systems and double-strand DNA break repair processes. He occasionally supports the Mechan-of-Chromo project with his AFM expertise to have a complementary characterization of the project protein complexes.
